Before its acquisition by the American multinational, Menber's (founded in 1965 and headquartered in Verona ) was already one of the leaders in the sector of components, spare parts and electrical parts for the automotive industry and boasted of having a cutting-edge plant of 40,000 square meters that employs 200 workers. The firm has patented numerous production systems and innovative products and materials such as connectors for ABS and EBS brake systems for industrial vehicles, central wiring processor modules for all types of vehicles and sophisticated electronic components for speciic use for ADR, and that comply with the strictest transport safety standards.
