Forankra is a powerful multinational company of Swedish origin (Forankra means anchor in Swedish) that has become the first European provider of load retention and optimization systems specially designed for the transport of goods and people.
The firm offers a specific line of products for trucks and road transport vehicles, ranging from cargo tie-down systems and fastening elements (ratchets, hooks, terminals, straps, etc...) and lifting devices (flat slings and tubular, octopuses and accessories). All the lashings manufactured by the company are made following the EN12195-2 standard, which guarantees the highest quality. Forankra is made up of seven companies in Sweden, France, Poland and Spain that employ some 200 employees and together bill around 50 million euros. The group, with 30 years of history, has offices in Sweden, Poland, France, Germany and Spain.
